Please Review the below Policy often, as I may be at liberty to make changes without notice. ***Notes From the Studio Owner*** With all due Respect "The Sacred Cleanse" is a no judgement zone Studio." However I do reserve the right to refuse service. All Appointments/Services are confidential & held with the upmost Respect. I ask that you approach your Appointment/ Service with the same Respect. Cancellation/ Reschedule You are welcome to Reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your service with No Penalties (repeat reschedules will be considered a no show). Clients Canceling less than 24 of the Appointment/Service will be charged the deposit fee. (Repeat no show clients will no longer be Accepted) Late Policy A 12 minute grace period (NO LATER) is given for all services. If you miss the grace period on your appointment it will be Considered a NO Show and the Appointment WILL BE Cancelled and YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT. (Repeat no show clients will no longer be Accepted) Deposits A (NON-REFUNDABLE) $20 deposit is due at the time of scheduling this will apply to your service total. Guest Policy No Children or Pets are allowed in the Studio. (Please consider these are intimate services) Please limit the Number of Adult guest to no more than one other individual at the time of service. No Refunds No Exceptions
